    First the app is relatively expensive for what you get. It’s similar to Noom, which isn’t a fasting app but is much better in terms of features. The worst thing about the app is the calorie tracker. These days most are pretty sophisticated, they’ve loaded a database of popular brands, allow different measures, etc. do fasting has none of those features. I tried to cancel my subscription within 24 hours but couldn’t and not surprising I emailed because there was no other way to contact and never got a response so for me it was a waste of $39.99. Unfortunately the only way I’d learn about the app is by trying it. But with caution - there are too many other apps that do it better. Good luck

    Expensive for what you get, which is a simple timer, automatically renews and you can’t cancel through the app, you have to go to the website. Not worth it IMO.

    For the most part i like this app. Easy to use. I've been with this App for months and it's fantastic! I love the exercises and the tips they give you for the realization! Keep in that way!

    I have tried other fasting apps that are so confusing they are ridiculous! Not this one! Found it a few months ago after having already begun time restricted eating. Started in March 2019 and I’ve lost 21 lbs and so far have maintained that loss.
