    You do not need to spend real money on this game at all! There are so many different events, areas, and bonbon island stuff that you can do so you’ll never be bored. Areas are always renewed. I have been playing this for two years now and I’m in love with this game. It’s super easy, fun and a great down time game. It’s also fun to get friends involved and visit their islands and send them lives. Just a recommendation: if you run out of lives, make sure to buy the unlimited lives for an hour for 50 pearls instead of 5 pearls for 5 lives. So worth it.

    I originally wrote a review when the game first came out but i want to revise it. I am a diehard One Piece fan and this game is like gold to me. It is Candy Crush meets One Piece and they had a baby. Im forever obsessed. However, i don't like how the pearls are hard to obtain and are costly if you want to spend some real money. I am willing to spend money on a game i care for such as this one but the percentages of pearls you get in comparison to money you pay simply isnt enough. The creators have been doing more special events and putting out levels consistently WHICH I DO APPRECIATE, but when there are special bon bon events, the rate of which a 4 star or 3 star will drop is not high enough and i spend all my pearls and consistently get the same characters over and over. I have been playing this game since it first came out and consistently play all the levels, i just feel like the special bon bons should be easier to obtain and the pearls also. Again, if you love One Piece then you will love this game, its the greatest. I just wish a few things would be worked on.

    Started when I got the invite, so from the beginning. I play on apple and android. iPad plus and s7. The game plays smoothly on iPad particularly well. Not as responsive, and easier to mis match or match the wrong row in android. Playing strategically you won’t spend a dime. Work with what you have when you start. Pearls are most precious. Covet them. Play all events you are eligible for. Focus on literally a good crew, generally 4 star bon bons that have the needed skills to progress. You will get them, the game is set up to give them to start. Personally I have 3 heavy hitters and no special skills, just punch or kick. I work through most boards on the first try. No money. Over a hundred million berry pirate. The key friends, is friends. As you play you add friends, no you don’t pester them on fb, in game you will meet and request friends. It has been a great system for me. I love single player games. This makes progress manageable by there being no limit on the friends level. Example I pick up friends on all levels , that means my leveled up bonbons can knock out a low level obstacle quickly to help a beginner. The lower level player may have a bonbon with the skill I can use at some point. One of the top 5 match games of the thousand I’ve played.

    Alright I like the game the only problem is WHO THE HELL IS ZOLO I REMEMBER ZORO I’m just kidding that’s a joke but I’m mad that they used the kid version name of zoro

  • Like the game but it keeps crashing often

    Cannot finish a battle most times. Can’t do any character summons. Can’t get points because battle crashes half way threw. Really like this game but only being able to play for 5 mins at a time is really bringing me down. Also there are some problems with levels and finishing with 3 stars. I have finished a level on turn one and still didn’t get three stars. That is just plain bad and should be addressed.

    I was doing fine, beat every level and such and was waiting for Water 7 however it literally reset everything after not loading once, and I have no idea how to fix it. I have screenshots of my progress, and if I need to like- prove anything I can, but I’m very disappointed this could happen to anyone. However this is an amazing game.

    Really good game a 5-star game. But there are still some bugs. Once the game automatically logged out, I lost 1000 rainbows while recruitments. tried to contact customer service, but no one responded.

    This is an awful, steaming pile of garbage disguised as a game, with “random” awards to keep the gambler in you addicted. By “random”, I mean that you won’t get what you want, despite your best efforts. Unlike some games, where it may just be a matter of time before you unlock what you want, the recruit windows open just long enough for you to squander your precious pearls and leave you empty-handed, besides holding absolutely worthless skill tickets for upgrading the worst characters in the game that you’ll never even use. Lots of bugs and glitches. Lots of completely unplayable levels. Lots of fail. If you like pain and suffering, maybe you’ll enjoy this.

    No announcement of upcoming events. No questions answered when reaching support. Whenever you ask them about an event or character they only say they don’t know and now a sudden mass of multiple events that aims to make money off pearls or you won’t get anything from either events. $40 USD for 3000 pearls during “sale” which can’t even guarantee a 4star bonbon. Business destroyed this good game. I waited for Mihawk and it suddenly came back after 6 months for a week of event without announcement. Used all my pearls and got nada. Participating in a time-limited event should guarantee rewards, not by chance. I’m not waiting another 6 months just so I “might” get Mihawk. I was a huge fan of this game and you guys made it impossible to continue and now I hate it. So much time and effort wasted and I still didn’t what I wanted.
