    I used to love playing this with my granddaughter but Boy does this game need some technical updates! Between the freezing and crashing it’s more frustration just trying to get into the game let alone play it! It’s really a shame because we really loved playing this together but were forced to download other games. We keep checking for improvements but no luck so far. 😔

  • Glitches and more

    I love this game but I too am having all the glitching issues listed in the other reviews since the update a month or so ago. On top of those, my battery gets so hot so fast (and drained) that I cannot play five lives in one sitting. When plugged in it’s worse. I contacted customer service and got a generic answer of turning off back ground services, be on wifi, and other phone items when I play. Obviously that’s not a realistic solution. I hope they can get all the issues worked out since it really is a fun game for all of us Frozen fans!!!

    I love playing this game, but for the past few weeks it keeps getting FROZEN when loading - no pun intended. If it doesn’t just freeze, it takes forever to load, and then it will freeze somewhere else during the game. You guys are geniuses with these games, and it cannot just be happening to me, so come on and FIX IT! Please!

    I do enjoy playing the game when the screen doesn’t freeze up. I am always having this problem and I lose daily bonus playing time or extra butterfly because the screen freezes up. I have done everything I can to try and keep this from happening, I even deleted the game an reinstalled it. Nothing works.

  • Freezes but we still enjoy the game, mostly

    Updates seem to cause issues in this game. A week ago loaded the most recent version. It locks on the “challenges” screen. Restarted, closed and reopened the app, closed all other open apps. Yea same lock up location. On a related note, we call this our “mindless pandemic game”. Pretty fun but only mildly challenging, play while having morning coffee. Would give it five stars but freezes up too often for an excellent rating.

    I try to redeem a snowflake and the game freezes. It’s a fun game when it works properly. It freezes too much. I just uninstalled it. It won’t let me make a purchase with the snowflakes. I tried 5 times. Clicked on the button and nothing happened. Cleared cache but same thing. Tired of being frustrated.

    The last 2 or 3 months I have been having problems after updates are installed. Like many others have noted in recent reviews, the game either takes forever to load or won’t load at all. I hope the developers release another update to fix all of the glitches and bugs.

    Since your las5 update it’s iffy whether or not it opens. Hard to play a game if it doesn’t open.
