I would like to see two-factor authentication when logging in to Jive PBX and App. This is a standard feature with Verizon and it should be with Jive also. I would like to be able to use my Google Authenticator app for 2FA if this becomes a feature. I would also like to see a dark mode for the macOS app. I like the dark mode on the iOS app and I would like for it to appear as a new feature on the mac app as well. Whenever I call in to Jive support at 8775483003, they never ask for the support PIN before disclosing personal information. I am afraid they will give out personal information to anyone who calls in. I hope that the "support PIN" feature in my PBX will actually help the security of calling into support and they will ask for this PIN before they say anything about my account. I would like to see group SMS messaging come to Jive, with integration with iMessage to receive messages created in an iMessage group chat. I was added to an iMessage group chat a few days ago and I get separate messages from different phone numbers instead of receiving them under one group message. I don't know if it is possible to do this but it would be nice! I would like the ability to completely block a number from calling AND texting my Jive number. Currently I can only block someone from calling me, but they can still text me. Whenever I send or receive a text message with a URL, phone number, address, or email address via Jive, the URL doesn't automatically hyperlink to my default browser, maps app, email app, or phone app. I would like for URLS to be clickable just like in iMessage and take me to the appropriate app. Finally, I would like a "port freeze, number transfer lock" feature. NumberBarn.com has this feature and I would like for Jive to have it as well.

Really useless now crashes constantly and logs you off if idle . Jive is really going down hill fast after their buyout happened . Don’t count on this app anymore.

This is probably the worst phone app I’ve ever used. It makes my job 10x harder. The app is constantly logging me off and I’m missing calls all the time. I can’t leave anywhere because the app will say I don’t have any connection. It doesn’t work without WiFi.

Rarely works. Horrible sound quality.

Between constant false notification icons, and the persistent reminder that I have an active call on another device (I don’t), I had enough with this app. Jive (or GTC) is great on a hardware desk phone but the app is hot trash.

This app constantly crashes. We miss calls. Phone freezes. The developers should truly be ashamed of themselves for such subpar work. When we need you the most you do not deliver. Trash app.

The app worked very well when it was jive, now that it’s GoToConnect calls frequently fail with an “oops an unknown error occurred” and support can’t help. I think a business phone system needs to have more reliable components.

This is our business line. I began using while it was Jive. It worked well. Now my incoming calls either don't connect or do and then the caller can't hear me. I'm losing connection to my customers. This needs to be resolved. I've seen many others with the same issue. I am looking into an alternative phone service if this continues.
