    Every time I try to even log in I receive a message saying this is for Hifi accounts users only, which I am. But it will not recognize my sign in info.

    I pay Deezer. I’m happy with it (I like it more than Spotify). I used 360 for one day and then it is asking me to pay an extra??? The app is not that good. I’ll stick with normal deezer for now.

    This app worked fine a couple months ago but now it won’t load at all, I just get “Something’s gone wrong - retry” when I try to use it. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted both iPad and iPhone, same message. Customer service seems to be clueless so far. This app was one of the reasons I signed up for Deezer so I may consider dropping them.

    I have three sets of Sony headphones that are supposed to work with 360. I have a paid subscription membership. This app won’t let me log on at all!

    I got me a pair of Sony earphones (sounds amazing) but I was supposed to have a 3 month free trail....for one how am I to set up an account from the app??? Really so I have to dig and go out of my way to get an account even if I was to pay for it...no thinks...if they want my time and or money...come to me...I won’t come to you.

  • Expensive gimmick with poor results

    Unfortunately the processing results in a clearly downgraded audio and listening quality in most cases - music lost warmth and low end and sounded thin and tinny. Some spatial mixes were also distracting and gimmicky. I wouldn’t listen these processed tracks even for free - and this service is $19,90\month with a very limited song/artist selection. As context: I really wanted this to work, so I got the required $19,90/month subscription to test this. I have compatible Sony’s WH-1000XM3 headphones with analyzed ear shapes and optimizations active. I actively listened for couple of days, comparing original mastering and 360 enhanced for several songs.

    There is no search feature. And you can NOT chose how things are in order. So if you have a lot of music like i do good luck. Especially if there are multiple artist in the teach as then I don’t know which I’m searching for if .... IF I can remember them all anyways. So like for me, right now, I wanted to hear a song. Tho I’m pressed for time. Soooooo nope. Just screwed cause I can not be afforded the responsibility to write a word and search for my track. Tho thankfully I went to tidal who also uses this technology and right this second I’m jamming the song I wanted while I tell you how stupid this app is.
