    The name is a lie. I’ve been fasting for more than a couple years now, using an old free app that is much better than this. They immediately force you into a subscription, no trial period, and the app, while it has lovely graphics, doesn’t seem to allow one to adjust the start time of a fast (or if it does, it’s extremely well hidden in the lovely UI). It’s certainly not worth the subscription price, there are lots of other fasting apps that are cheaper and easier to use.

    I have just downloaded so I can’t say anything about the diet but I HATED the interface of the app. It is so not easy to navigate. So called introduction they provide in the beginning but the app is not user friendly. I accidentally started a breakfast and it took me forever to cancel it ugh!

    I love this app and it’s has been so simple to adapt to a new healthy lifestyle. The articles are interesting and helpful. IF has been great for me and I feel better and I’m losing weight. I have tried other weight loss and I never stick to the process I loss weight but put it back. IF is more of a lifestyle change with the bonus of weight loss.

    I love this app. I have a little experience fasting, but never with an app or a journal. I looked around and tried a few apps before this one, and I gotta say it’s perfect. It offers little bite-sized articles to go with the timer and the trackers. I love being able to see my progress in my fasting, my water intake and my physical activity, as well as see where my body is in the process! The only thing I have to say about this app is I think it’s a little spendy and I find myself lost when trying to edit meals. But other than that, it’s perfect.

    I signed up for the free seven day trial and was charged three days later. When I emailed support they listed the reasons that I needed which would have not been applicable to being erroneously charged. “You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with the customized intermittent fasting program and you meet the following conditions: Purchased your monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription ("Subscription") via the Site. Contacted us within 30 days after you have purchased the customized intermittent fasting program. Followed the customized program at least for 25 consecutive days within the first 30 days after your purchase.” Of course none of these things happened, I tried to cancel it before the seven day trial because I didn’t find it useful. This app is a scam don’t use it they’re stealing $40 from everyone

    I just got a sponsored ad from this app on my FB feed. It showed 6 squares of cartoon women with different body types, describing what you would need to eat (or not eat) to retain that specific shape. One said “The 24-hr fasting plan. Allows you to eat something every day. Enjoy your evening dinner, and then eat nothing until dinner the following day.” At first I thought it was a joke. As a recovered anorexic, I know firsthand that an “innocent” restriction diet can quickly turn into disordered eating. No matter what size you are, eating 1 meal a day is not good for your mental health or metabolism. Severe restriction simply leads to malnourishment (you can become malnourished at any weight) and depression (your body is not able to gain enough fuel for a healthy brain.) It’s shameful to see dietitians taking part in this app. Unless you have spoken 1-on-1 with a dietitian about your body’s specific needs, you should not let an app tell you how to live your life. No matter how much you tell yourself you’ll only restrict for 6 months, or you can get through the hunger pains, this method will only teach you how to mistreat your body.
