    This workout feels good! It is so convenient to be able to take my phone anywhere and use the Fitingo app to get a quick 15 minute workout in. After just 15 minutes, my body feels like a did intense working out. My breathing and heart rate is up. I love how easy the workouts are, yet they physically give me what I need. Kate is a great easy going instructor. Her calm and collective vibes she gives make the workout seem peaceful and relaxing. Only 2 days, and I’m hooked!
