Amazon Care is designed to make it easier for you to access high-quality virtual healthcare. Your Care Team of doctors, nurse practitioners and registered nurses is available for virtual care 24/7, 365 days a year. With Amazon Care you can: • Text in-app with a clinician for advice on any health topic • Launch a video visit with a clinician for advice, diagnoses, treatment, or referrals • In-person care and prescription delivery is also available in the Greater Seattle area

    This is one of my favorite app and I love it. You can have a doctor assist you in less than 2 mins while you are sick at home and need to talk with an expert. I had the doctor pull my history within minutes and also had amazon deliver the medication in 2 hours. I would never ever go to urgent care and waste time and money for quick consultations.

    I liked the idea and the nurses and physicians were very nice and helpful. However, I felt it’s expensive. Especially my husband and myself have separate plans and my son is a dependent under his. I just called for flu shots. There were separate charges for the video call and flu shot visits. Now having paying twice for the same household seems a bit high. Also, wish they could offset the video chat cost in cases where I am paying for the visit not a medical consultation.

    I am very pleased with Amazon Care. I haven’t used other telemedicine services, so I can’t compare, but this one is super convenient and friendly, and i feel i’m getting same quality of service as my primary care provider. The app is well designed and easy to use.

    Simply amazing. I was able to reach a specialist in a video call in 2 minutes, and get the prescription medicine delivered at my door step in under 2 hours. Also, you get a nice PDF copy of your visit with diagnosis and the prescription.

    My experience: 3:30pm Video consult with a friendly doc. 4:45pm RN showed up at my house to do test. 6:45pm Prescription meds delivered by courier. Amazon can go ahead and take-over the world as far as I’m concerned.
