I like that it was keeping my computer safe and letting me know which webistes werent safe. But I got the notification telling me it wouldnt be compatable once my MAcBook updated, it became a waste. Their software should really be made more compatable.

  • Another what I order VS what I got Amazon product.

Norton is owned by Amazon, THis softward isn't MAC friendly and majority of thier staff are not aware of how to operate a MAC. They offer 100gb with their package but don't tell you not for MAC customers. The next day after I canceled my subscrption, I started getting Amazon calls stating someone made a purchase on my Amazon account. It was all a scam but it was really a coincidence that the day after I close a Norton (Amazon product) and then surf on Amazon site that I get a call from a scammer pretending to be a Amazon rep. Mind you Amazon customer service is not in the US they pay low wages to 3rd world countries. When you all Norton support they half the time don't understand and you have to remind them what you told them in the being of the call. Norton rather pay low wages to another country then support the US. BTW if you buy the package you will need to dowmnload 3 freaking apps to do one thing watch the interent , one to VPN and then Wifi and phone. 3 dam app lets not get started with the laptop.

Users should file a class action law suit for failure to provide advertised service.
  • Problem with "Updates"

So far, the program seems to do what it is suppose to do, as expected. With that in mind, I think it would deserve 4 stars. However, it perpetually shows up in my "updates" tab as though it requires an update... even though I have already clicked update and performed thte update in the app store.. the "update" still shows as though I have never updated it. I think it is a bug in the app, and hopefully Norton fixes the issue soon!

The pwd mgr is unreliable and too often does not bring up the right pasword ... safe web continues to ask me to load an update and when it runs crashes my MAC ... not sure i'm going to continue to use norton 360 on my Macs ... too unreliable and cant get good help on line or over the phone
  • skip pwd mgr still a bit flaky

pwd mgr doesn't seem to agree with norton, as someone posted. so, don't install it. don't install norton safe we b plus. instead drop the "plus" and install norton safe web. it still screwed up my appleid on macOS 10.15.3 but upgrading to 10.15.4 fixed it (via support). for pwds i use roboform and have for decades.
