    I love this app because it is fun and I like how the trainer is explaining what the stretches are for and I like how you can pick which music to play!

    Ok so I have an iPhone 7 and I’m trying to learn to do the spilts but it won’t let me into the app so I don’t even know if it a great app because it won’t let me in but I deleted it and got it again to see if it will let me go in now.

    I started off with the free 30 day trial then bought the intermediate and advanced levels because I could not quit the training. I can do a full front split and middle split. This actually works!! Once I finish the advanced level I’m going to repeat each daily workout twice per day that way I will continue to see progress. I don’t see myself not using this app for my stretching routine.
