    To be honest, I’ve had a hard time gathering diamonds as it probably is for many others. After playing for one year, I’ve decided to make a complaint. The diamond cubes. They are just too hard to get even with some events giving you 50, since it costs 250 and 125 to even do a character scout. I would like you to consider raising the costs lower to 150 or 100, the half discounts would be 75 or 50, since that would make many players happy. I know that you need players to buy diamonds to make money, but once many realize that it’s not worth it since you might not even get a 4-star from the scout, using 250 diamonds would be for nothing especially if all 10 were 2-stars and the last a 3-star. Nobody benefits from a stupid scout like that, so many might indeed or have already started to just wait for the next character scout. But for others they won’t, they will just keep buying and buying and this is true worldwide. So you needn’t worry about that. I love the game over all, but having done many character scouts, I’ve really gotten tired, since some, I only get to do 1-3 times or maybe not even any unless it’s free, since it’s hard trying to gather diamond cubes. Plus, I’m someone who still has school as probably many are too, so while I’m out studying for tests, I miss character scouts. You could also make them longer, lasting 15 days, instead of like 4. I know that you do have that but many really do last only 4 or more days, which is sad. If you would please consider shortening the scout costs, it doesn’t even have to be those that I’ve stated just please consider that, while also making characters scouts longer! Thank you! If not, I’ll still continue to play the game, just consider this complaint please!

    I love almost everything about this game. It has its flaws, but is honestly such a wonderful experience. Tho for goodness sake, add a Vassago/PoH unit to the game already. In fact, you should try to add more units in the game. Maybe not 4 star units, but even 3 star, or 2 star units just so that they can be available on the home screen already.

    I played and grinded this game for years now and i update my game just to see i lost all my data and things i bought and i can't get back in i need some serious help here please i worked so hard to level up my characters and i don't want to lose them
