  • Phone won’t connect anymore

    The first time I played this I loved it and joined VIP. After that when I go to start up a song, I get a message on my phone saying "hold your phone in your right hand and followed this coach during the dance", and never ends up connecting from there. I kept getting disconnected from the game. I contacted customer support, who did get right back to me both times and I followed the support link suggestions. I checked for the latest update, I shut down and rebooted my devices, I closed all background apps, made sure my phone is fully charged, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still having same issue. It seems to be working fine on my laptop just not on my phone. I can't get it to work at all. Bummer. I just cancelled my subscription.

    I like just dance now a lot I don't know why some people say that is trash, but the only problem is that you have to wait hours to get the money to dance a song, I hope this improve. Bye!!

    I love this! I went ahead and paid $24.99 for access to all the songs for an entire year. I think this game is super fun. It's worked pretty good so far for me. I haven't had it freeze or crash like other people have. I do have a newer macbook though, so maybe that's why? Maybe the people that have had trouble using it are on older devices? Anyways, I think it's super fun that you can use your phone as the remote and play the dances on the computer screen.

    room assigned by the app is not recognized by the phone. alternate is to use a web browser and log into justdance.com. Ubisoft please fix this issue in the app if not it is useless. also i coudlnt find this app in the amazon app store.

    I used to love playing Just Dance on the Wii so I was really excited to try the app. The app was so similar to the game and I really enjoyed it. However, the most recent update has made it impossible to connect my phone and the display device. The game room has been a double digit number and it won't connect when I type it in as seen or with zeros in front of the number. The QR code scanner isn't working with it either. No matter what I try, it says the room does not exist. Really disappointed because I just got a VIP pass for it yesterday.

    Me and my roommates have nothing to do because of Covid and we downloaded this game and it is so. much to play!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!
