    I was excited at the idea of unlimited data on Verizon’s network with Yahoo Mobile for a lower price than Verizon. I guess “you get what you pay for” is accurate and apropos. The YM app simply will not open after first setting up my account. What a letdown.

    It always shows me a message that I must retry when trying to open it. I just deleted it. Waste of time and storage

    I was hoping on this new update, it would fix the problem of having to reinstall it every time I open it up. Same O Same O. It’s still only opens up one time after reinstalling it. Support keeps promising to fix and continues to disappoint.

    This app is horrible! It never open unless you delete and install again, then it will open 1 time ! Every time you open it there is an error message to check back later .

    I left Xfinity Mobile for the very issue I’m experiencing with Yahoo Mobile. I am unable to send group texts or pictures to android users. I switched from Xfinity because the issue plagued me for months, so when I discovered Yahoo Mobile, I said let’s give it a try. I was even more convinced my issue would be resolved because Yahoo Mobile is on the Verizon network, but that was not the case. I also dislike the Yahoo Mobile app! The app has a glitch. After downloading and after one use, I am unable to reopen the app without uninstalling and reinstalling due to an error message that I receive EVERY time I use the app. Closing the app out and rebooting the phone does not repair the problem either. You must delete the app from your phone and reinstall the app to use it. At least I did not experience this issue with Xfinity Mobile. I am heavily considering returning for an additional $6 a month. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap service equals cheap services provided. If the problems were fixed I’d love the service! I know Yahoo Mobile is new to the cellular game, but I hope they can rectify these issues before they begin to lose customers.

    Trash trash trash app won’t load I’ve deleted it I’ve clear cache all the above trash app hasn’t got any attention from developers to resolve problem been going on since the first time I used it after that hasn’t worked since find another network dropped very important calls very often (trash 360!)

    It hurts to attempt and then hurts more with the level of support I receive. I’ll be changing carriers if I don’t resolve my issue today

    The service is fantastic everywhere that I go. I’ve never had an issue with service until now. I did not have auto pay set up, and they shut my service off last night, naturally. After paying for the service this morning it didn’t resume. I have currently been waiting 13 hours for the service to return. After 4 conversations with tech support, and conflicting answers I am still left waiting “24-48 hours for our techs to fix this issue”. Also, The app also will only allow for one use before it must be re-downloaded, making resolving this issue even worse now. I am in the military and I am responsible for managing 40+ soldiers. This is a setback, not being able to have contact with them while they are scattered across the country and abroad.
