    I was skeptical of course but thought I’d check out freeprints gifts free blanket for a Christmas present. I upgraded to a bigger blanket for $19.99 and couldn’t be happier. It’s so soft and the picture looks great. I bought a second gift blanket for $7 and some change. My total order was about $40. They were shipped separately and one was delayed. I contacted support since I was worried about it arriving by Christmas. They sent a replacement and it was received right away. The original was received the day after Christmas as well so I have two. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone.

    my package said it will be here on the 23 from the 19 to the 23 my package was still in lancaster Pa and never left til i wrote the company now i’m late with someone xmas/bday gift smh now it won’t be here til the 29

    I ordered 2 personalized coffee mugs at different times. The first one came & its covered in black all over.... you can’t even see the photos I had put on it! The second one came with someone else’s photos on it!!!! It’s beautiful, but I don’t know who they are, so doesn’t really make sense for me to have their mug! And it was probably going to be a great Christmas gift, but I can’t figure out how to send it back and get mine!!! I can’t find a return policy anywhere!

    Ordered something two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. It took them over a week for them just to ship it. It’s still in the same location it’s been for three days now. It was supposed to arrive a week after I ordered it but that’s the day they sent it out Now it’s saying it’s still waiting for transit in the same state they sent it out

    I had ordered personalized golf balls for my son these was special because he had just lost his oldest daughter he works hard and all the time so Golf is his only enjoyment and even with this he teaches kids golf in what little spare time he has but to my surprise the one prefect Christmas was canceled by you without Notification I have not ever been so hurt and disappointed by a business so now I have no gift for my son! So please enjoy your holiday since you have ruin mine! Be blessed Jacqueline, city mayor

    I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone about three different items I purchased. 2 of the items were supposed to be here 12/16/2020 and one of the items was supposed to be here 12/10/2020. I’ve tried to track them but there isn’t any information. I want my items and I want someone to get back to me and let me know what’s happening. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with anything. I have bought a lot of things from this company and I’m very disappointed right now.
