Spark Driver

App is literally unusable now. Nothing loads and you can’t refresh anything anymore. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting phone, and logging out and in again. Nothing fixes it. GG I guess. Second complaint. There is a bot problem or someone has a program near me that can grab the trips instantly. It is a problem I’m sure you will not address. Please don’t reply, your generic replies with “I’m sorry you’re having problems” doesn’t help. Get an iOS engineer on this.

This app is very terrible. So many things wrong with it. The app freezes when I try to catch an order, I’ll accept an order then it will say that it was accepted by another driver only to pop back up 2 seconds later, it will allow some drivers to accept multiple orders for the same time but not showing for other drivers, sometimes I won’t get orders AT ALL on the days I am available but it will buzz all day on days I am available. The app needs a major update.

App keeps you in the ring of death frequently since recent new update. Not processing correctly.

It has its days.... what I will say is that I find it crazy that the “batched” orders don’t tip. Meaning if you accept the 5* orders, none tip! Unless- they are tipping but the app is not tipping us. I called and asked about this and I was told “tipping is not required” lol. Well obviously but- single and double orders tip me. But batch orders, usually ranging from $30-$50, IVE NEVER RECEIVED A TIP!

I applied to be a driver and ever since I’ve done that my app has not worked everytime I try to log in it says an error occurred and it does the same thing if I hit reset password. I’ve contacted support several times and have never gotten a response.

One time you will get so many notifications that your phone literally will not stop buzzing. And now I’ve gone almost 9 days with not one notification. Have made multiple phone calls with no avail to the company. Don’t know how you’re supposed to make money when the app can never work properly

When you get an auto and you press the arrow to go to the location, the navigation will not open up, you have to manually put in the address in Google

I just picked up a few orders and it froze on me ugh now it’s not even loading it was suppose to load for a updated version then it froze while loading I’m going to lose orders thanks spark!!!

I would like to suggest: To change delivery area by miles radius from Spark Drivers’ home. Example: My assigned delivery area gave me 4 Walmart, two of them are very far away from my house ( more than 25 minutes away including toll road, so I never take offers from those two Walmart. But, when I reject those offers I don’t receive any more offer . ( very frustrating) I have 5 Walmart near to my house ( around 7 miles away radius ) but only two of them belong to my area according Spark Area map, One of them is only 7 minutes away, but belong to another Spark area so I don’t receive offers from that one, but I receive from the one is 25 minutes away. Doesn’t make sense. I think will be great if we could choose the Walmart’s locations that we want to provide delivery.
