Alive was planned and designed to be as simple as possible and easy to use. Focusing specifically on the workout experience so you have confidence during your workouts. We are excited to continue improving and evolving the app with our Alive community in the process. Features Programs Alive includes 4 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your goals. Daily Workouts Alive includes plenty of daily workouts that are split up into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc) so you can decide what type of workout you want to do. Journey The path to a fit, healthy life is a journey, not an overnight process. The journey allows you to keep track of your progress by weight, photos, and a timeline of progress. Alive also has the capability of syncing your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way! Subscriptions / Alive Premium Alive is free to download and offers two Premium subscription options, Monthly and Annually. Both options include a 7-day trial. Alive Premium provides full access to the app including all programs and daily workouts. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.   • Develop Battery Saving Mode

    Hi, I love the app, but it really drains my battery. Can you enable a battery saving mode that allows video to be disabled in order to save my battery. I always have to bring my charger even though I have full battery. Usually stop other apps/music to continue before my phone dies. -Susana

    I knew nothing about the gym and started using the program alive 2.0 it’s super helpful and user friendly! Worth the $15 a month if you don’t know where to start this is a great program or even the alive 1.0! Love love love 💛

    This app is amazing to say the least. While I’ve always worked out/remained active, I have always struggled to remain consistent because of having to think of workout routines/what to exercise. This app does everything for you! She has thought of quick and effective workouts and plans that are so so easy to follow and leaves you continuously motivated to work out. She has options for body workouts, but also dumbbells or limited equipment. Love that there’s a timer and she shows you each workout as well. Just so great overall.

    I LOVE THIS APP. I recommend this app to any girl I know starting her fitness journey. I don’t write reviews but this app definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m restarting the alive inside program for the second time. This time I’m planning on fully finishing each workout.

    Really great app, easy to follow along and has great workouts that will make you sweat. Only critiques would be: 1. Include more workouts that can be done from home without a machine. Or at least provide a substitute. 2. The app be available on iPad format. It would nice to be able to have a larger view of the app. For individuals who have an iPad, I was disappointed that the app was the same screen size as my phone and didn’t adjust to iPad.

  • Great workouts, but logistics make it hard to subscribe

    I have been following Whit since she wore long acrylics and ate egg whites. I’d screen shot her YouTube workouts and take them with me to the gym. I had heard good things about this app, and since I’ve been working out at home, I decided to try the seven day trial (only tried the Alive Inside workouts). The workouts are good, even great, but I feel like there’s a huge gap between the workouts and how it’s presented to the users. (1) When you start a workout, there’s never a warm up, always just right into the lift or the exercise. (2) There’s no explanation of the workout or tips for good form or (cheesy, I know) words of encouragement. There’s also no modification for those who need it. (I figured out how to modify some stuff on my own, but I’ve been lifting for a while and know my body.) (3) Along with number two, this is my biggest critique: there’s no voiceover to let you know what’s next in the workout! Which means you just need to keep an eye on the screen or get your butt up from the floor fast enough to know what’s next. (4)The timing in between different exercises is SHORTER than the time between the same exercises. That doesn’t make logistical sense, especially if you need different dumbbells or equipment. And (5) I’m being petty here, but I wish the timer could lower the music so that I can hear when it’s about to be up. Since the timer is the only indicator of what’s next in the workout, I can’t listen to music and workout. It is for these reasons that I can’t see myself subscribing to the app after my trial. I love the workouts but it’s not user-friendly enough for the monthly investment as an at home workout program. If those issues mentioned about were resolved (especially number 3), I’d be back in heartbeat.

    Purchased this in May during quarantine and just hit 100 workouts today (November 2020). THE BEST at home workouts for those of us that prefer strength training and hiit. All I need is a mat, dumbbells and bands. This has become my new gym membership and has kept me in amazing shape because you can do workouts from anywhere (I travel a lot). I’ve recommended to all of my friends. May not renew ClassPass after this!

    i love 98% of this app, only a few things i would change if i could. first it would be awesome to see this app expand & be able to track what weights you’re using for workouts to follow progression, also adding on a dietary or water intake tracker day to day. other than that, this app is KILLER.
