    This app is a ridiculous waste of time. I downloaded it and opened it, and tried to enter my username and password for AT&T. I did that correctly several times. Each time the app told me that I was making a mistake. So I went back to the my AT&T app and entered the same data. No problem. The last thing i need is to get locked out of my account because of glitches in this app.

    Got locked out, no way to reset credentials. Button to “contact support” just takes you to FAQ.

    Cannot get past the verify identity screen. Used my at&t username and password, which works fine on the web, but always sends me back to verify identity with no information on what happened.

    I downloaded this app to coincide with my Verizon app and it completely messed up my phone!!! The phone was doing things on its own like someone else was accessing it. This was the last app I loaded so I went to delete it and it wouldn’t let me!!!! I tried 5 times before I could delete it and restart my phone!!!

    Can’t even set up a pin with the app. I get an HTTP 500 error which means the problem is with ATT. The error says “come back later”. Good advice. I will...maybe.
