The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon and answering surveys. Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload 10 eligible receipts per month by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to receipts@panel.amazon.com. You’ll receive a reward when you submit 10 or more eligible receipts in a month. You will also receive short surveys about brands or products that may be of interest to you and you can earn rewards for each survey you complete. Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and you can stop using the app, sharing receipts, or answering survey questions at any time. You can also delete any uploaded receipts. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now. Interested customers who did not receive an invitation can download the app to join the waitlist and will be notified via email if space becomes available.     So I shop frequently so I have tons of receipts, I’ve only gotten one survey though and I check the app everyday! Will you get rewarded for more then 10 receipts? Or do the extra roll over into the next month?

    I have tried to upload many receipts with only a few uploading. No idea what’s going on but it is a tad frustrating.

    I’m stuck at 6 recipes and I’ve tried to upload 10 recipes and each one just keeps on getting stuck at “could not upload” and I’ve retried the upload many times but still just fails to upload. I had little to no problem before I hit 6, they would upload fine, but now I’m just stuck at 6, probably so I couldn’t complete my 10 and not get the credits

    Well not sure there is no way to contact anyone I have submitted over 20 receipts and nothing it says it only take 48 hours well it’s been like 4-5 days and nothing

    I'm so happy that I was invited to download this app and I followed through. This was literally the easiest $10 I ever made. I just took the pictures of all the receipts I had laying around from the last week and then emailed some in from Christmas shopping. Everything went though.

  • Can’t upload receipts

    When I first installed, last month , I managed to upload a few, (after multiple attempts) and submitted some e-receipts and got my $10 credit. I’ve been trying all of my receipts this month, and just keep getting “receipt didn’t upload” error. I’ve tried them all multiple times, I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, tried on WiFi and data. Nothing will go through

  • Unable to access Surveys

    Beginning today, 12/10, I was no longer able to see surveys. There is a white bubble at the top right corner of the survey tab and when I click it, the Survey info is completely blank. It worked fine yesterday where I could see what I had completed for the month. Now I’m worried I will miss survey opportunities. I also don’t see away to enable push notifications for when the surveys are available. It is not an option (like other apps) when I go to my phone’s settings to enable. Most surveys get stuck and say they can’t upload, then they do.

    I’ve literally submitted over 10 in a day and not one is acceptable. They reject them for all kinds of reasons which none are correct. I think they are just using my app to collect the information and not have to pay me in the end. I’ll give it a few more attempts, but unless I start getting paid it’s not worth my time and effort. Don’t even bother putting anything gun related it’s automatically rejected.

    Does someone want to explain this waitlist? I am just trying to upload some receipts and buy something off Amazon because I have no money. When someone figured out what the heck this waitlist is about let me know!

  • Can’t recognize obvious receipts

    I’m glad to have been invited to participate in this, however the app has a horrible time recognizing receipts. It also doesn’t acknowledge emailed receipts to provide credit for monthly goals. Lack of in-app feedback or assistance other than a phone call is noticeably absent. I expect it’ll get better but for now, it’s an effort in frustration as much as it is anything else. I’ve even submitted cases via phone about app issues and have never heard back. I’ll revise review as app improves.
