Love this app! Was able to get a deku nendoriod and am currently saving up for a bakugo figure!

I had issues with getting gems and the customer service team was fast on resolving the issue.

Ok so I think this is a very good concept I like how if you spend 50 diamonds for example you can’t get below 50 points I think that’s a really good concept but my main problem is the pay meant options, I personally think it should allow Apple Pay, cash app, pay pal you know things everyone uses because not all use a credit card so currently I’m just going to stock up on points but I can’t buy anything since I use Apple Pay and I don’t have a credit card and most people wouldn’t because of how scary it is to use your credit card information anyways

lol so my item went out of stock but they were able to replace them with some notebooks that are 99 as I requested and the support is so kind and nice, anyways I RECOMMEND this support and love it! Thanks :)

I saw a TikTok about this app and I was honestly kinda skeptical at first because why would anyone give you technically free money and you just pay $5 shipping. Anyways, I’m extremely satisfied with the app, the experience, and customer service! They reached out to me via email about an item that’s no long in stock and gave me options. I asked if they can send me the rest of my order and refund me for the out of stock item and they did!!! Honestly even though they are a start up business I feel invested into this app now that they have shown excellent service. Will be recommending friends to to app now and in the future! Keep up the great work guys <3

I absolutely love this App! It’s such a great, innovative fun idea. Not sure why someone left a negative comment about their customer service. Because let me tell you they were great, helpful and fast! They are transparent on any order issues and do the best they can do to fix it. Not to mention ...there such a wide variety of goods on the app and shipping is a flat rate of $5! Keep up the great work Gacha World!

I definitely recommend this app! If you are unsure, try downloading the app just to browse the shop & check out their very large selection of items — I’m sure you can find some neat stuff you like :) This app is very unique with a great and VERY large and cool selection filled with a variety of items from Japan — from anime merch to cute stationary. The first 1000 gems is worth it — shipping is $5 (but it is worth it because they ship with USPS Priority Mail 1-2 days). I’ve ordered from them over 5+ times and I’ve always received my items in a timely manner (2-5 days). You can purchase gems which you can use to play in a ‘gacha’ to even double or triple what you paid for! Also — this is a very NEW app. The customer service is very helpful/kind and always respond within 1-2 days. The app is always improving. If you have trouble with your orders, they will help you— be patient with them and they will help you 100%. Cons: • Stock Issue: I’ve gotten emails for MANY of my orders for items that have gone “out of stock” so they can’t ship it with my order. However, when you log into the app the ‘out of stock item’ is still available to purchase in the shop... • Bugs: There are a lot of bugs in the app. Sometimes the app is very slow, some items you can’t even click on, and some items don’t have pictures, etc. Some other common problems people have with this app (aka 1 star reviews) addressed: • In order to receive your daily-log in reward you MUST play at least one machine beforehand. In order to do this - play an ad each day, get the 5 coins, spend the 5 coins on one of the gacha machines, and then you will get the daily reward. • If you referred a friend and ‘did not receive the 1000 diamonds’ — heres how to collect it. Go to ‘Home’, scroll all the way to the farthest right page and click on the hedgehog mailman. Then, you will find a “collect” button to collect your 1000 diamond rewards.

I ordered many stationary items from this app for only $5! Such a great deal!

I hate it

The app is super fun and the daily diamonds are accumulative! Even if you pay you still guarantee get your money’s worth.
