This app is a rip off you pay massive amounts to get energy and coins to open up chapters then they stop updated the book so you can go into other books. I read up to 658 chapters out of 801. It cost me almost one hundred dollars and now it’s been two months and still no update. Never reading another book from this app again

The stories are good however you can spend anywhere from $40-$90 by the time your done reading the book & that’s after having to wait months if not longer for the author to finish writing it. You get 1-2 chapters day which is frustrating. Complaints don’t matter either, you don’t get any response. I’ve also bought the same chapter multiple times however it was labeled as the next chapter even though it was the same as the previous. I’m extremely disappointed.

I downloaded this app after an ad on a social media app got me hooked on a book. This is the second app I’ve tried and they’re both almost identical. You have to spend money or do things in app to earn energy to open chapters. I don’t have a problem with that normally, but with this app and the other, both books were translated from Chinese books and apparently they either aren’t completed, or the developers won’t release the entire book. Once you get well into the book, it stops and says “To be continued”. Then they release a chapter per day and several chapters once a week. Now, there’s been nothing released in almost 2 weeks. I spent money to read this book and I can’t. Not sure if the app developers are trying to get me to start another book and spend more money or what. And about the books, they don’t always translate well to English. Or the people translating don’t proofread. Plus, I call the books never ending stories because they just keep going on and on. Same problems the characters already encountered, just with new people. Another way to make more money. The one book I gave up after more than 2,400 chapters with no end in sight. Do yourself a favor favor and avoid this app.

Already paid $10 and still can’t read the whole novel! What a waste of money

I got hooked on a novel and spent $30 on credits and used all the credit I purchase and also the free credits just to only be half way through the novel. Going to cost about $60 just to finish one novel. Also every chapter are very short which your credit would be gone pretty fast

For perspective: a trade paperback is around $18 US. A mass market paperback is around $8 US. Most kind romances by popular romance novelists range between $6-8 US. Thinking I’d be able to get the entire novel I was reading for $9.99 coin bundle, I ended up completely surprised when I had half the novel to go. It’s in their best interest to get you to buy individual chapters, not in the reader’s interest. There doesn’t seem to be an option for you to buy the entire novel for x number of coins. Unless you do math yourself at the beginning of the novel judging by that last published chapter, it’s going to be easy to lose track of what you spend.

I would have given 5 stars, the stories are amazing, with a little language discrepancy here and there. But why am I paying $100 for a book and I can pay much less on Kindle or Amazon. They’re also other book apps such as this one where the books are much cheaper. I have no problem supporting the Author, they’re amazing, but that’s price gouging. In order to finish reading the book you have to keep topping up your points. Why not just sell or rent the books. I was disappointed with that. I cannot afford this app.

I didnt care for the fact that after so many chapters you had to buy coins to finish the book so stupid if you want people buy to read start them out that way

You’re given the first couple of chapters free. Then you have to pay to get additional chapters. It’s very expensive to finish a story. Do yourself a favor and go with a reader that allows you to purchase the whole book before you start reading.

The translated stories is great and if you get hooked on one can’t get enough of it. Unfortunately getting energy is tedious for free and the cost is more than what a book would cost :/. Wish it listed the original novels name and who the author is...especially for Novel: Ascension to the Top so I can get the actual copy as well...developers If you are able to grab these two detail it would be amazing.
