When trying to read Bloomberg Businessweek I get an error that I need to subscribe, even though my account says “A Businessweek subscription is linked to this account”.
  • Deals section

Could you add “Deals” section from Markets as one of the topics in the IOS app? Hard to actually find the news I am looking for. Market section is not working correctly either - pulls in news from different topics.
  • Dark theme mode?

iOS Dark Theme mode please!!! I don’t know why but the app pages are so bright that it’s like looking at a light bulb. Also, it would be nice to at least slightly customize the pages (maybe I missed this). As an example, I think the opinion columns are interesting but it’s not why I subscribe and would like to not end up with so much emphasis to read them. Most especially I don’t like the endlessly political biased opinions when fact based journalism about Washington (and state issues) almost don’t exist as compared to opinions - save that for blogs and talk radio. The built in ads can sort of get like that as well sometimes
  • Bloomberg Audio / Radio review only

I primarily use the app to listen to the live radio stream. The content, guests, and hosts are world class and if only reviewing them it would be an easy five stars. The issues that drag down the rating is the incessant amount of ads, especially irrelevant ads that repeat themselves. Understood you need ads to generate revenue, but it could be better organized to meet your targets and keep a listener happy. Worst part is the timing of the ads often cuts into the commentary making you miss vital information. Second the app draws a disproportionate amount of battery. I’m using a 1 year old iPhone 11 so it should be fine and don’t have this issue on even video streaming apps.

Have wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to cancel my subscription. Tried last month- apparently was not successful. Obstructive and circular instructions and constantly having to sign back in.

Since it updated 2 month ago, the app has been useless to me. It won't let me login due to unknown error. Fix it !
  • Don’t count on video

If you want this app to listen or watch TV on the move. Don’t count on it. You will be faced with 50% commercials that relate many times. Latency in the video and constant pausing. I’m really disappointed in experiencing this kind of performance even at home or office with high speed internet. Not worth $34.99 a month!!
