    They need to reduce the amount to use the app. If I only need the app for 1 month, you shouldn’t have to pay $40.

    These people are a scam. They do not cancel subscription and then charge for months until you realize and then will refuse to refund.

    Maybe it’s just my area, but I have found nothing but lazy girls that can’t keep a job that want to get paid to sit on their phones. I have gone through more care.com workers than I can count. Just about every single one of them wants to do nothing but sit on their phone, they are so addicted if you tell them they have to keep their phone in their vehicles while they are at work, they quit. I’ve had some even need to wear their Apple watches. A number of them have had obvious mental issues. Honestly I think it’s a place for girls that can’t keep a normal job.I have come to the point where I can’t leave them alone in my house, I do work in the house while I have them take care of my child. I have cameras, and every single one of them pulls out their phone and lays on the couch the second I walk out the door. Even after I tell them they aren’t allowed to bring their cell phones in. My daughter needs constant supervision, the last one was so busy with putting on her make up my child ran 2 miles from my house and I had to call the sheriff to help find my child. I would like strongly advise any parents out there do you have a rule of no cell phones while at work and install cameras

    Every time I tried logging in it would redirect me to another page and it would get stuck in the “logging in” mode.

    I love the idea of this app, and I found some great people quickly. But the previous reviews are accurate. The functionality is poor. Whenever I tried to edit the job I initially posted on the web browser, or tried to post a new job, the system gave me an error message. There was apparently a frequency setting which was not visible, but it wouldn’t submit until I completed it. (And yes I am fairly tech savvy, have the latest iOS updates, tried re-installing, etc.) The worse problem is that when I contacted customer support about it, they just sent me boiler plate text about subscription renewal, which had *nothing* to do with what I contacted them about. (They must get a lot of complaints about this, which makes sense because I know of no other service with such a high month to month fee). But I went back and forth with them several times and they never got it. Bottom line: the app doesn’t work. It is a job posting app that does not post jobs. 🤦‍♀️ UPDATE: Customer support never did resolve my issue. Once they finally understood what I was talking about they just stopped communicating. Also, I was ghosted by the girl who I hired, so I wrote her a negative review, but the review does not show up on her profile—only perfect, 5 star reviews. So I am out $40 for literally nothing.
  • Garbage app and web portal

    Only downloaded the app due to the web portal crashing. After 3 full days of trying to make an account I’m still unable to create an account and log in. Absolutely terrible. Customer support link doesn’t work. Pretty sure they are just collecting info to sell lists. Would give it zero stars if I could.

    The app doesn’t do great with updating you on notifications and I’ve had lots of issues logging in and it connecting to the website as well. Just glitchy- sometimes it works well and sometimes it doesn’t. But overall does what it needs to do if you can keep checking the app for messages.
