    Pro’s Your able to sing Karaoke with others. You can live broadcast and Pk with others. Cons Not a lot of people there. Mostly staff with people who help the staff from 3rd party countries where labor is cheap. From what I can see most the accounts are fake. Just people working for small favors for status on the app. Captains pay everything mostly for same reason.. They are very manipulative and controlling. Anyone who goes against their system will be banned and have account taken. It’s a very expensive game. The events reward you with like free items many times that can be gotten by doing the free stuff. Many have spent $100’s to only win a free gift or $5 gift. Events are ran like a casino. No return on the dollar or very little return. Since June 26’ 2020 I was unable to sing duets. Constantly pinging server in the PartyRoom to try and get mic to work. I experienced major sound problems. No contact support. Just feedback. You never know if they read that or not. They told me basically they just use 3rd party apps by other companies to solve the problems. It’s a very manipulative and controlling app set to hustle funds from the new users. You have to expect that trying it. Especially if you spend a lot. That’s when staff approaches you. Let the buyer beware. You will leave when you figure it out.

    Dear Support Why are you allowing 200 followers get a V? Your doing this for money. I had to have 15000 followers before I could apply. You removed us room owners from giving out V which we are more selective than this new contest made to make your singing room more money- us captain family 5 or higher and room owners 4 or higher should be able to give a V % . None of you have a Decorate in music or graduate from Juliard music you don’t have idea if they deserve a v.you only go on how much money they brought in- not fair- we who been here know far better who deserves this now defunct status- Give us back our power we earned to give w discretion V

    I’ve been a vip member for 3 years and the price went up every year a little but this year is pathetic I paid 59.99 for a year last year and this year you want 154.99. Seriously are you crazy ? This is a good way to lose memberships fast I love singing on StarMaker but this price increase is ridiculous so I’ll go back to smule for 49.99 a year

    They say that any offensive thing would not be tolerated. I believed these words and deemed this app to be safe. However, I saw some accounts promoting some nudity and as a regular user, I reported the same with evidence and I am surprised to see that no action was taken . My sincere advise to SM and support, don’t pretend to be an ideal law abiding app and mislead people
