I enjoyed the app especially to verify who I was meeting when making a purchase or sale on FB marketplace or CL. They deleted part of the app that gave criminal background report. I enjoyed that feature because I found some unsavory people that I did not want to do business with ie: drug and fraud charges, domestic violence. It helped me size up who I was meeting before I met face to face. They deleted the feature on the Mobil app and I deleted beenverified!

Without any more telephone books, Been Verified is a way to find home and mobile phone numbers and addresses for people you need to get in touch with. It has been a great, if pricey, resource for me.

Being in the Real Estate Business, this is such a great tool to have !!!

In the past it gave an option for criminal records, no longer available through this app. Reverse number search is useful though, will not be renewing.

What happened to the police reports?

The app does what it says it does. I took the time and read all of the small fine print. It just means that if it’s showing you something, there’s a public record out there somewhere that has that information on it. Of course there’s errors because we aren’t using birthdates and Social Security numbers… It’s not legal to get financials unless they consent. The app does exactly what it says it does. And I’m a blind user… Works great with voice over and I gave it a five star rating because I’ve had some problems in the past and it really helps me feel more comfortable and know what the heck is going on and who I’m actually dealing with. Five star excellent excellent!

I have used BeenVerified since 2012 as a tool for ancestry research. I have never used auto renew for subscriptions in this app. I always make sure it is turned off after I make a purchase. On November 4, 2020, I was billed for a 6 month subscription by this app when auto renew was turned OFF. If I could attach a screen shot from my apple app subscriptions, I could show how unscrupulous this app is by fraudulently auto renewing. I submitted an email to BeenVerified and then contacted my bank to reverse the charge. When BeenVerified received the contested charge, the emailed me and asked that I contact my bank and drop the dispute. They stated it would make the refund process faster if the reversal was dropped. I replied, NO. I would not drop the complaint for fraudulent charge as it was a legitimate action due to fraud committed by them. The reversal of charges posted to my bank in 24 hrs without dropping the complaint as BeenVerified requested of me. On November 6, 2020, I tried to access BeenVerified to retrieve some information from a previous report I had run during a prior paid subscription. I was immediately met with a message that stated my account was suspended and blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity. The only fraudulent activity was from BeenVerified. There are several other research apps available to consumers that will not try to rip you off by fraudulently charging you like BeenVerified attempted to do to me.

I have been trying to sign up all I could see is there seems to be an issues with your account while I haven’t even signed up into so decided to search through number and I see bill of a month which is $22.99 and I click on that which was charged from my iTunes payment method , and was redirect to login or create account now I couldn’t create account and my money was no refunded just imagine.

Been paying a monthly fee fir awhile but no longer see criminal history
