    This game over charges you for a simple pixelated costume that is 1. Not so rewarding 2. Over priced and unhelpful They changed the game so much as where the class mages lvl30 and under are useless and ranger/warrior can stun easily which makes the game a pain when it’s random pvp. Used to be a huge fan now I rather let this game go down the ruins

    Fear is a way too overpowering skill. It last way too long for being such a annoying skill. You guys need too remove it from the game because a skill that makes someone unable too attack is stupid. There’s no reason that mages should be able too keep someone from attacking for so long. You also shouldn’t be able too spam it. For a skill that last that and makes the player unable to do anything it shouldn’t come back every 1 sec you guys need too nerf it really hard or remove it completely.

    i love this game and have been playing for years. after the recent update, i cant click on the “guest login” button anymore, as it takes me back to the home screen. i cant play on my usual account now.

    I got a new device and could not login to my account, I kept getting the same error message. I contacted customer support and in about 24 hours there wasn’t a single response to my many emails for help. I moved to reddit and asked for help, a random user told me what to do, but now I am missing two PREMIUM characters on the game - I had connected my account to facebook before I transferred to my new device - and it is not giving me all of my characters back. I paid money to purchase platinum and they won’t even contact me about my characters. The game overall would be good if their customer support wasn’t so horrible at contacting their players back. I want my characters back or a refund of my money, the character that had platinum seems to be entirely gone and i am very mad.

    The developers promised a calendar for players that purchased their in game packages that cost $99.99. The calendar would contain coupons to redeem in game. However, they never sent them out. Recently they published that it was due to COVID and promised the same rewards plus an exclusive rabbit mask in game as of 11/25/2020. The developers have yet to deliver on this and do not respond to your emails. I’m still waiting!
