    Unfortunately no other alternative but this is the worst app ever. Half the things are always broken; the app will randomly crash on you and the UX is just bad

    Getting ads on a paid subscription is horrible. Sometimes the stream stops with a random error. Live chat is useless and whenever I hit live chat, it says no one is available. If I mail them with problems, no response. Such a horrible app and not worth the subscription.

    This is one of the worst subscriptions you can opt for. When I had sling, could purchase willow only if I had other channels. It ran fine- could rewind and catch missed actions, had faster highlights etc. The app on its own is poor- difficult to navigate. Does not allow you to go back and watch or show real time replays or posts highlights. Not what I am looking for in a sports app. Of course now based on various reviews that I am reading looks like cancellation is a pain as well. big mistake on my part.

    Very difficult to login and sometimes can’t login in at all, can’t watch cricket even after the whole match is over, they need to work on improving it, Hotstar was never a problem and watched every IPL match with no problem, looks like may need to cancel dish network, they don’t seem to care even after so many complain,wake up

  • No unsubscribe button

    I think this is the first time I’m noticing an app which doesn’t give you an option unsubscribe whenever we want. I took a monthly subscription and when I wanted to cancel because I wasnt viewing much on Willow it has no unsubscribe button. When I enquired the process on Reddit, we have to take a long route as to emailing the team and wait forever to get a response. To the team: Poor strategy, increase your subscribers by putting some intereting content on it rather than hiding the unsubscribe button.

    Cancelled subscription and took my subscription then proceeded to ignore my email. Lack of content and a poor app experience across most if not all devices. Please do not subscribe to this app they make in deliberately difficult to stop subscription

  • Hangs forever

    This app hangs a lot, and in event of live streaming, only one link tend to work out of multiple links. you can not use this app if you are on vacation to another place or country for few days other than your place of residence.

    1. The app has a problem with buffering the video over the TV as it will stop as soon you as minimizes or cancels Willow app in the mobile. 2. While watching highlights, it’s painful because you can’t forward or backwards as the app doesn’t provide the option. By any chance if the video stops and you will have to buffer again, then you will have to watch from the beginning because there is backward or forward option in the app. 3. I have used many apps such as Sling, but never had these cons. Hope Willow fixes these basic features.
