I can’t open it because it says I have to update, I click update and nothing happens, not even an error message. Infinite loop of frustration.

Are you kidding me!!!!???? Get this fixed. Absolutely ridiculous in your part to allow this to happen after, it seems,13.3 update. Get it done now!!!!!!

The scheduling of an appointment before you can buy a product makes sense. But the lack of communication is terrible. I made an appointment on the Apple website with my local Apple store. Once I made it, it said it would send me a confirmation email. It never came. When I called the local store, it automatically rerouted me to the overall customer service who said they couldn’t look at the reservation because it wasn’t made “through them.” Ummm ... what? When I said that I made, two other appointments for Dec. 24th and the 26th just to check if I missed an email only to have none come, all THREE workers said they didn’t know of an problems. Well, Twitter said otherwise. This is ridiculous. If you are going to send an email, send it. If a customer makes an appointment with the Apple store by phone, website or app, then we should all be able to see it. This is terrible.

I don’t know who the App Store Editors are but clearly these guys must be either illiterate or are getting kick backs from someone somewhere... Like who in their right mind goes around touting the advantages to iOS 14 which has plagued my life in more turmoil than the actual plague raging outside on every street of the planet... Understandably Apple does indeed Brand its products but a modicum of at least postured responsibility should go into one’s own word before publishing... Believability and integrity will serve you a lot longer in life than any career with Apple might if the trend keeps up... try impressing markets rather than forcing them... ... oh and if y’all happen to run into Tim, tell him I’m still waiting to hear back from him... heck got so much to catch up on since we last met at the Cook Family East Coast Reunion... my how time does fly...
