Description

This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail. Make sure you have your AT&T home voicemail PIN prior to downloading this app. Voicemail Viewer makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your iOS device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, you can check your AT&T Voicemail messages visually, choosing the order in which you listen to them or even reading your messages as voicemail-to-text. For more information, visit our web site at att.com/vmviewer. If you are a Voicemail or an Unified Messaging customer and are having trouble signing into or using this app, please contact us at 800.288.2020 (Voicemail) or 888.300.6500 (Unified Messaging) and be prepared to provide your landline phone number associated with your mailbox, the device you are using to access the app and the problem that you are experiencing.

You need to put in your pin every single time you open the app. This is completely unacceptable. What about Face ID?

The app is very useful but it’s annoying to have to login every time I open the app. This was not required until recently. Annoying for those of us with large fingers.

Not only does my home phone NOT work, I can’t even sign into the app to check the missed calls! Says my passcode is wrong, but I’m using the same code flawlessly with the web page and other apps. Awful app- not much better a company
  • Doesn’t seem to work?

Seems pretty straightforward so I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I entered the phone number and the password and it says authentication failed and asks me to send error report. I tried several times and checked my numbers. I think I sent three error reports. Idk looks like I have to just do it the old fashioned way and call and listen.

I have been using this app for a couple of years. It worked okay. Now all of a sudden it’s asking for a pin to access. The 4 digit pin I set up years ago was now invalid. I had to create a new pin in order to access my messages. I don’t see the need for a pin at all. What a pain!
  • Now it works great

I used this app for quite some time with no problem. Recently my iPhone X s Max crashed and I had to have it restored to factory settings. After reinstalling this app, I could no longer log in. I tried getting help with NO SUCCESS. I actually called AT&T and they could not help me AT ALL. After uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, it finally works great again. Happy once more.

VM Viewer is still better than having to check voicemails in person at home every evening. VM Viewer used to allow me to forward (via e-mail) the transcript of a voicemail, too, but that hasn’t been working lately. I just talked to AT&T tech support and they told me that they don’t support this app. What the heck?

Sometime, in the last two weeks, the VM text, has shrunken by at least 50%; i now need a microscope to read my messages. Please come up wit a fix for it.
  • Poor Update!

Don’t Update!!! The previous version was fine. They supposedly updated it by making the text so small it’s unreadable and they do not give you the option to increase the text size. Por poor poor!!!
