    I love the Fortune magazine. I have been subscribed for most of the last 20 years and then it with me to assignments around the world. I just cannot understand that a company that lives by telling us the trends of the modern world, just do not seem to get digital. I decided to come back to the magazine with some of their recent communications on the new platform. I subscribed from my phone and that application seems to work great. Next, I came to my iPad Pro and the horror story started. The iPhone app does not properly resize for the iPad. I had not seen that experience since the very beginnings of the iPad. Then I found this app. It just does not recognize my user id and password (the very same that works on the iPhone app). Sincerely, I do not get why you cannot have one single app with an adaptable interface...
  • Why are you not fixing the app?

    There are clearly multiple complaints about the the functionality of the app. Issues that people have subscribed and paid money for are not available in the app. The restore option does not work!
  • Never got April issue

    I have an iTunes subscription. Never could view the April issue. Sent a message to Fortune and they said I had to submit a complaint to iTunes. Of course iTunes never replied and I’m not even sure they got my request. Now the May issue is out and I can view it, but still it wants me to buy the April issue to view that one (I am not a new subscriber).

    When will the new app become available? Latest news section shows me Trump visit to DMZ that happened over a year ago?! Local business journal’ app has more interactive reading experience. I wonder if Mr. Leaf or anybody in the editorial staff tries this app ever? Gone are the days of video articles, tagged digital pages and all other app features commonly available for at least ten years. Complete embarrasment

    I am a print and digital subscriber that has never been able to log into the app. I reached to support and they weren’t able to help. This has been going on ever since Meredith bought them. I keep seeing ads about the great new Fortune app, website, and magazine. I think they have some work to do on the customer experience part.
