You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app. Select features are also available on Apple Watch. Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in MyChart. • Features removed

I opened the app this morning to request a refill for a prescription which had expired after 3 uses. There’s no longer any way to request those in the app or on the web site. In addition, there’s also no way to send a new message to my doctor. I can review previous messages, but not initiate a new message to request the necessary refill. The loss of those two features make the app and the web site fairly useless for typical usage scenarios.
  • Major Issues with Access

I haven’t been able to access notes from a hospital stay due to the system showing the message “to prevent performance issues, some notes may not be shown”. I spoke to my provider and they mentioned that they made all notes accessible to me and that their system showed I hadn’t viewed them. They suggested I call technical support which I did. The technical support team did not assist at all and said they are limited to login issues. And did not provide an alternate number. It’s a shame that the technical support team is so dismissive with respect to some as vital as medical information.

You cannot send message to providers using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It just locks up the app and it works fine on my IPhone X. App needs an update to include iPhone 12
  • Trash Medical App

MyChart wakes me up at 7am on my birthday to let me know a bill is due. Obnoxious trash does nothing but annoy me about bills. In addition, this app is rife with privacy issues using personal medical data and rarely works as intended. Many things are incorrect in my chart and I feel unsafe having medical records in this system. I want to remove it all. This app will annoy you and violate your privacy.
  • Nightmare of an app

This app is the worst. There is no UX. trying to find things are difficult, trying to navigate back and forth is ridiculous. This app looks like it was designed and developed by amateurs.
  • New design is bad

It doesn’t follow any sort of conventional design language. Menus are confusing and all over the place. Things that took a tap or two before now take many. All in all this app is no longer a “joy to use”. I hope it can feel more at home on iOS in the future. :/
  • Billing

Used to be able to see and pay my outstanding balance on the app, now it won’t allow me to without a number found on the bill, but we don’t receive bills anymore because we’re on a payment plan. Stupid change. Hard to manage my payments when I can’t see what I owe or submit payments...

I upgraded to the newest version today, 12/22/20. Big mistake. Now I can’t access my clinic. I use MyChart 3 to 4 times a week. Please fix this or make the previous version available.

Everything worked fine until I did the update, now I can no longer access Fairview Health, all I get is a blank screen after choosing it.
