  • Good but needs improvement

    GroupMe seems to be the only app that allows large group texting. I love that it is also free. However, I find setting up the group is not as intuitive and has very little flexibility. I like creating polls but you can’t modify it once it is launched. Please find a way to improve the flexibility of this app.

  • Love the app with a few small issues

    I love this app and use it ALL the time with many groups. The survey feature is amazing and so useful. My only 2 issues are: 1. The notification indicator - for some reason about half the time I will get a new message, no read it, even respond or like it, but when I exit the app it still says I have a new, unread message. Very annoying. I have to go back into the app many times to make the notice go away or just wait for another message to come in (though sometimes this happens with multiple messages on top of each other) 2. Picture and video quality could be better

    Every time I open the app it closes before I can do anything. Literally as I open the app it closes back out.

    I liked the Skype feature until someone hacked the meeting. We even saw his computer screen and he took screenshots of us during our meeting. Rest of app is great overall.. I prefer Cisco WebEx or something more secure.

  • Huge Problem With Logging In

    Why am I getting sent to creating accounts when I have one already set up on my Facebook login? This constantly set me back from accessing the app.

    I have tried absolutely everything I can think of and nothing happens with the app. I cannot be added to a chat, log in, create a new account or anything. Every time I click ANY button it says “something went wrong. try again.” I have had this problem for YEARS and have had to delete the app and it still does not work 4 years later. HELP!

  • Intermittent App Closure

    The app closes out suddenly on an intermittent basis. I’ve deleted the app from the library and phone and re-uploaded it. This still did not fix the issue.

  • Very little control

    We use this app for work. The biggest issue we have is that the admin of the group can’t edit messages. Sometimes people post inappropriate comments and you can’t delete it or set any kind of filters to screen comments before they are posted. Hiding a message only hides it from you, not from everyone. This is the only issue we have(it’s a big issue tho)
