Click to open article starts to open, flashes black then repeats that cycle repeatedly never allowing to read or eventually crashing app. Please fix ASAP

What happened? Couldn’t find anywhere to report issues but this locks up, fails to load. Screen goes white. Really unusable. Fix please.

Update Dec 15 2020 — Toggling the “open directly in website” setting doesn’t do anything. This is such a particular thing I understand! Naturally when this most recent update, articles no longer open in the corresponding app when I want to open them. Instead takes me to safari? Please change this back!

App has been freezing since newest update. Screen dims and app freezes.
  • Doesn’t honor iOS text size changes

Edit: You’re right I missed the text size change at the top, I didn’t realize it was universal across all feeds. Why doesn’t feedly honor the iOS accessibility text size settings? The text in feedly is too small as a result. I would’ve gladly emailed support to report this, but you don’t have a support contact page or email address, why would I pay for that?
  • Feedly has major flaws FOR OVER A YEAR and developers are non-responsive!

Multiple updates and the share menu is STILL missing the option to add articles to Safari's reading list the way the Feedly Classic can when “Open in website directly” is set to “No”. Attempting to bypass previous flaw by setting “Open in website directly” to “Yes” opens articles in an internal browser that completely lacks any data controls. Third-party tracking cookies, who the **** knows? Need to clear cookies/cache because bad site data is crashing Feedly? Too bad. Delete Feedly and start over, because they half-donkeyed the internal browser. Feedly has become nearly useless! I have spent A YEAR requesting technical support without a single response! Deserves ZERO stars!

THE UNIVERSE DID ME RIGHT WITH FEEDLY!!! I’m super stoked that I get to curate my own personal newsfeed. As someone with ADHD, I need organization to thrive. Feedly allows me to make several different feeds to see what I prefer. Cause some days I just want to pitchfork without CNN looming over me lol.
  • Ads?!

I downloaded Feedly because I wanted to follow blogs without seeing ads—especially pornographic ads, strobing ads, video ads, and noisemaking ads. Today there was an ad in my feed. Nothing annoying or distasteful, but the market pressure is all one way. How long until the strobe light ads begin? Pro is $8/month with is 2.5* storing a terabyte of photos with Apple. That’s crazy. I would pay $1. I’m researching alternatives now, and will be deleting Feedly once I find one.
