I only continue to play this game because my daughter loves it so much. I hate the ads and how time consuming it is to tip and gift. Failure to do so gets you deleted from your neighborhood.

I have been playing this game for many, many years. It is encouraging to get post from friends. I put Scriptures on my friends that play. I have over 1,000 friends so I can’t visit all and know some are not still playing so I make sure I visit ones who post, give gifts and request gifts. I finally just gave up on reaching level 100. I have been on level 99 for at least 5 years, so don’t get discouraged with what level you are on, just play the game. I do wish there was a way you could select gifts without having to go through every gift to get to what you want to gift each one. You truly make friends on this game!

I used to love this game. But now, it’s boring. It’s impossible to earn gems without money. After you reach level 99, there is nothing really to do. You’ll sit at that level for years. There should also be anti spoil devices that you can buy. I’m over it.

Thinking of quitting. Hasn’t been fun for years. The goals stink with their extensive amount of parts needed. Too much tapping to do anything. So bored with it.

Used to love this game so I got into it and started fresh. 10k+ worth of items processed and disappeared along with my money which is a huge loss as a new player. Also, having to sift through a stupid amount of pages to find a gift for a neighbor is ridiculous. Make a search bar or lower the amount of options. This game has gone downhill. Edit: new glitch! I keep losing experience every time I get close to a new level. I just hit level 14 and two seconds later I’m back to level 13. I also got a badge then right afterwards it went back to the previous state and says I no longer have it. This game is absolute garbage now and when you contact them THROUGH THE BUTTON IN THE APP, you get an email saying they don’t take emails anymore and to fill out a separate ticket. Did that then got an email that my ticket is closed because there’s a similar thread already on a forum. WORTHLESS. I can’t believe I gave you guys any money if you can’t even support your customer and fix glitches that many people complain about. Edit2: more bugs! I open the game, it gets stuck on processing, and I can see behind the pop up that for some reason, even though there are food and chairs, the customers get stuck having “broken hearts” and your popularity score shoots down so you have to quickly shut down the app. It also keeps deselecting mass numbers of neighbors as I check the boxes to send them gifts so I have to go back and select them again. It’s really annoying.

Why can’t this game keep up with changes? It’s forever “processing” which causes me to have to restart my IPad. It’s ridiculous. Btw, my IPad is brand new. So many people on my friends list have just quit playing. You really need to fix it.

I used to love this game so I recently redownloaded the app. So many things went wrong I would load the game and then it would randomly reload and take away everything I had just done. I was buy new countertops and then it reloads took the money I had spent on the countertops but I couldn’t find the counters anywhere, they were no longer placed in my bakery either.
