    11/2019: I don’t know how these other reviewers can possibly expect full terminal level functionality in a mobile app. This app does everything I really need. And it gets 5/5 for listening to my late-2017 feedback and finally letting us stay signed into ib for more than 6hrs if you have been inactive. Great job dev team.

    I’ve had a ticket open through the terminal for a full month. The tech team just now asked me for information that is already in the ticket. They haven’t looked at their bad data on their quote line for over a month. They have atrocious customer support and almost non-existent documentation. They make zero version control visible to the user. Don’t waste your money on the terminal, and this app is very, very poor. If Bloomberg were not a quasi-monopoly, nobody would use it.

    Why is the app forcing users to have a certain iOS now? I'm using an iPhone 7 and have never updated due to the confirmed reason that Apple purposely slows the device down. My Bloomberg access was working just fine till the other day.

    Bloomberg on my Samsung tablet does not allow me to look up security details. For ex, when I tap “Securities”, I cannot enter a ticker symbol to see security details such as last price, market cap, news, etc. This functionality is available on my iPhone, but not on my Samsung tablet. Ive been hoping that newer Android versions would correct this glitch, but I’ve waited 3 years and I’ve had no luck. don’t see an option to enter a ticket
