  • Decent for anybody!

Great for beginners, easy and intuitive to use. But I feel all the complex stuff are gone. For example, no blurring objects, no free scalable or movable text, and that's just a few.

iMovie works incredibly well, I've had it for a couple of years and it works very smoothly and efficiently. However, I'd say that iMovie works better on iMacs and Macbooks. On mobile devices, iMovie doesn't have as much features as the ones on iMac/Macbook. But I do also want to say that it's is better and easier to edit on iMac/Macbook. However, if you do add some more and better features to iMovie on mobile devices, I'm sure many mobile users will appreciate it veyr much :)

everyhting worked fine until the newest update. My downloading was fine & youtube processing has never failed until now. I love the quality & wished there were more text options, but my main problem is not being able to properly upload youtube videos.

This app is amzing! I use it all the time, and even for school work! its amazing and love using it! its fun and useful! I make virtual bday presents on iMovie and my friends love it. The only problem is if you have a movie an hour long, its gonna take a while to download. But thats it!

  • WHAT HAPPENED TO VIMEO?

I use iMove all the time. I often think why fix something that's not broken? I rely on the use of directing sending to Vimeo. Now that icon is gone. Although the downloading process seems long, up until this point, iMove has been a sound app to have in one's arsenal. But this will change my usage moving forward unless it gets reinstated.
  • Needs More Basic Addons

I use iMovie everyday for my YouTube channel, TesseractMC. It works great, I've rarely had problems with it, and I love its interface. However, it needs some more basic commands, such as text with no effect, being able to overlay pictures and videos on top of another with anywhere you want it to be, able to put emojis into the text bars, and more that I am sure I will run into. I love iMovie for everything it has to offer, but it needs more. I believe iMovie would do way better as an open source Mac editing software if it had more basic features that all other open source programs have.
