    A recent update to both PSN and this app has attempted to simply the experience by combining PS Messages and the PS App into one thing. The result is a clunky experience that made connecting with friends harder on PSN and the PS App no longer goes into landscape mode on ipad. The messages in a party of DM do not automatically update when sent by friends. Now you must close that window and manually refresh the window so new messages can be viewed. Horrible now and I hate using it.

    I like the app and all but I’m trying to text my friends on there and it’s not wronging at all is there a way you can fix it for me.

    I can’t even sign into the app. It says there’s a problem connecting to the server. I’ve tried on the phones network as well as WiFi and it can’t connect to the server

  • No PS5 downloads

    This app doesn’t seem to know my PS5 is online so the download button is grayed out. I spoke to someone else with a PS5 who has the same issue. For me it says my PS5 was last online 2 hours ago (when I signed in using the app). To download to the PS5 I have to use the PlayStation web site, which works, so it’s a problem with the app. Also trying to sign into the app tends to crash.

    Bring back the ps messages app. I used it to read and write messages even while playing and now that the notifications don’t come up on my phone I’m bound to miss stuff if I get up to get a drink or use the restroom. The messages app was seamless and this thing is junk in comparison. Everything else about the app is fine but that was my main use.

  • Party invite stuck

    The app is great haven’t had any problems with it except for one thing. I got a party invite notification so I tried to join it and nothing happened. The party invite was actually from a few days ago but the notification won’t go away. I went on my PlayStation to clear it out and it worked on there but the app still says it’s there and it’s stuck so it won’t away. No matter what I do it tells me I have a notification when I know I don’t. Please update the app to fix this or tell me a solution to fix this.

    I like the app for its usage but my goodness the navigation through the app is all over the place. Hire a designer that knows mobile design. The experience is supremely lacking

    So you expect me to screen record every clip that I have to message TO someone, JUST to be able to save it to my camera roll? Cmon guys Xbox has been all over this for years. I switched over after 8 years with Xbox, and how this isn’t common sense for a next gen console is really baffling to me. We just want high quality clips of our gameplay on your brand new, VERY hard to attain console, it’s really not much to ask. Please add this support and you’ll get your 5 Star rating.

    The app is great but missing a silly feature wishlist not sure why you’re not adding it. Please add the wishlist back it’s struggle to navigate sometimes we got so many games!!
