I used keeper for two years and finally had to walk away. It worked perfectly throught the first year and then part of the second. After that kept having issues changing passwords and then had some sites where the only way to get in was to copy and paste the password on the website. It finally came more trouble to use than I felt it was worth and the renewal rate was a bit steep after getting a discount offer last year. Pop-ups for additional features with a hefty price tag became more prevelent the last few months.
  • Decent Product, Subpar Customer Service

So far I am mostly satisfied with the app. However, Keeper's customer service is really subpar. For this reason, I would recommend going with one of the many other options out there. In this day and age, there is really no excuse to have less than stellar customer service.

Tried their software and it was missing a lot of the features that even one password had back in the day. I tried to cancel the next day and get a refund for the year subscription and they told me no, because they already gave me the product....even though it's a subscription based product lol.

Using Keeper almost since inception and have found it and their support team excellent. A little pricey, but very effective in protecting my personal information.

My Iphone died a couple of days ago and it has been sent to Apple for a replacement. I tried to get into my Keeper files using my computer but had issues because of the two step verification process. After a number of tries I was finally able to contact Keeper and they solved my problem immediately. My only complaint was initally trying to contact Keeper Support. Tried to call a few times but just got a messaging service. The chat system was not working so I wrote an email which was answered the next day. The problem was solved but Keeper Support needs some work to make it a bit more effficent.
  • Updated KeeperFill Works fine

I've been using Keeper for years on multiple devices and like it fine. Support is pretty responsive. I'm able to use different identities and also use on multiple devices, with the passwords shared. My biggest complaint is the CONSTANT trickery to try to make you think that you need to sign up for their storage service. They do it every time you open the app. They word in a way to make you think it will make you less safe if you don't buy it, which is nonsense. KEEPER - cut out the deceptive greed. You have a good app, leave it at that. For that reason I'm downgrading from a 5 to a 4.

We have been using Keeper for years and rely on it, totally, to be able to keep our passwords and IDs where we can find them and secure. My husband used to keep all his ID's and passwords on a sheet of paper, cleverly hidden, under his computer. Finally I got him to except that Keeper was safer, by far, and easy to use. Now that's all or I use to keep tract of all the ID's and passwords which are leagines. The sheet of paper underneath the computer is gone. Our biggest problem is remembering to update Keeper whenever changes have to be made.
  • A bit of a fail on the Mac

PC Mag rated Keeper highly, so I thought I would migrate from 1Password. I spent three nights trying to get the app to work even half as well as 1Password on my Mac, but Keeper defeated me. KeeperFill failed to launch websites and fill in the username and password. When I clicked on the menubar icon with a browser open, nothing happened, until I went over to the Keeper app, where the mini window had opened -- what's the point of opening the mini window seven screens away when I really want the info for my browser? Keeper froze up several times while I tried to enter a record, and froze again when I tried to delete a record. Lastly, when I tried to delete everything from the trash bin, I was told this was a paid function. Really, Keeper? I have to pay to empty my trash? What's next? "You must subscribe to have a desktop icon." I'm also not thrilled that Keeper's aesthetics are rather dull and -- a partial deal killer for me -- doesn't appear to have a dark mode on the Mac. Perhaps the iOS versions operate better, but i need a solid working Mac app too. Guess I'm back to 1Password, which PC Mag recommended, but just not as highly as Keeper. There's six hours of my life I will never get back. My mom always said I had to say something positive when I was being critical, so I will add that I appreciated that you could set up 2FA to open Keeper on your devices, something 1Password may have, but I believe you have to have a subscription (which I do not -- I paid for the standalone app).
  • Great Tecnical support

I've been using Keeper for more than 7 years and very much depend it this product. While they've always provided good technical support however, today I experienced support from Alicia via email that really was a breath of fresh air to an "ole timer that's been out of the tecnical world for a number of years an I'm a little out of date with much of the current applications. After going to several area's looking for help to straighten out an issue with my account, I found Alicia who gave me a series of instructions that were simple to follow, but due to experiences with other "help desks" i was skepticle. However after following her instructions my problems were resolved without running into any issues and every thing turned out perfect. A rare happening with today's complicated computer situations. Many Thanks to Alicia
