    The App Store shows I have already purchased lifetime premium, but the app keeps telling me to purchase it in order to add multiple accounts in the app. Bad service, won’t get any more money from me.

    After restoring my iPhone 6 backup to my new iPhone 12 I cannot get into this app. All of my other apps are still working fine. This app challenges for a password (if you had one or remember it) or allows you to sign on without a password. The big catch- they will send you an email with a link to regain access. It lists my correct email, but no matter how many times you request an email link - and the app confirms it was sent....... it never shows up in my email. And yes... I checked my promotions and junk email folders as well as my inbox. There goes 6+ years of transaction history for me.

    Something off with categories. I deleted their defaults to put in my own and the next day they came back. Then when I when I went to delete their default categories again, any category named the same that I created got removed together. Also if I try to add sub-categories, it gives me an error saying “that category already exists”. I’ve used previous app versions of this app and this is the first one that has this category issue, but at least they resolved the syncing issue found in all previous versions. It’s almost perfect, but please fix categories! I have entries missing now because I was trying to delete the defaults and I have no confidence if those default categories will just pop back up on their own... also I paid for premium lifetime so again surprised to see this kind of bugginess on such a major feature.

    I upgraded to a new iPhone over the weekend and downloaded the app onto it. I was surprised that my transactions copied over, that was a plus! But now every time I switch out of the app or open it it plays an ad, and half the time freezes so I have to force close and reopen it, which plays another add. I understand in using the free version, but before I upgraded I only got 2 ads a day max, and they didn’t freeze the app. I also realize the app hasn’t been updated in over a year, so it may be time to move on 😂

    Cannot log into the old version of this app. I downloaded the new version and I cannot log into my existing account to merge my data over. I receive a message saying, “A server with the specified hostname could not be found.” Once again, in search of a replacement app for my finances. Very disappointed. The worst part is I paid for this app. Definitely not making the mistake of using it again to lose all my data whenever I upgrade to a new phone again.

    Data wouldn’t transfer to the expense pro I was previously using and loved. Had to get this one and pay since I have multiple accounts. Very disappointed.
  • Logged in with premium but wont sync

    Even as you are logged in with premium service it wont sync and tells you there is no server that recognizes your email. Need some sort of customer support for you servers.
