It's obvious to me that Image Line doesn't use their own software, or they didn't involve any heavy users of the original app in the design of the new version (this). I used to use the original FL Studio Mobile daily. The forced update ruined it. The way Image Line betrayed their users, acting with hubris rather than listening to us, has turned me off from their products for life. Never have I found a mobile app so useful and delightful as the original FL Studio Mobile, and never have I been so disappointed in an app as the remake. It's an unusable, clunky piece of garbage. They have successfully transformed a butterfly into a caterpillar.

The FL Mobile app I purchased worked just fine, and was user friendly. I had a bunch of neat projects. But when you updated the theme of the app (or reworked it entirely), all functionality was straight up gone. Navigation was, at best, blindly tapping things to hope something familiar popped up. I used the original app quite frequently, daily sessions were the norm, and at parties I could do so much with just my phone. That was all ruined, entirely, with the “new look & design.” Now I’m supposed to spend more money because you people decided to scrap the app I had originally purchased, to try again or whatever. Who in the hell wants to spend $20 on an app, just to have to buy some second attempt for the same or higher price. I won’t be utilizing any FL Studio software available for purchase on mobile devices. Honestly, I’m worried that being your customer is just going to be a hassle and money sink. Sticking with desktop studios for sure.

Not sure why I have to re purchase this and I bought this a while back. Was looking forward to getting creative but not if o have to buy all over again.

This was originally the FL Studio App. I purchased it years ago. I just attempted to re-download the app and found out that they released a new app under the same FL Studio name. They changed this apps name and icon, and they now charge $13.99 for the new FL Studio app with the same software that thousands of people had already paid for.

Why make a new one and not give it to those who purchased this old one?

Make it more expensive plez.

I just don’t get it. I have tried and tried to like using this app, and it is just not FAST or FUN. It is more work to build basic tracks. And it is so complicated to change sounds and drum kits, very unlike the PC version, which I LOVE. So weird.... Very odd that there is little efficiency. It seems to try to convince you that limits on options are efficiencies. But they are not, they are limits. I do not confuse the 2, and neither should you. A shame.
