    I paid for the premium version. First it wouldn’t let me enter my state. It took forever to get my address entered. Then it wouldn’t load any hair style. It keeps saying to check my internet connection. My internet is fine. I can use every other app, BUT I did even try my hotspot instead of our regular internet just to be sure. Still won’t load. Same error message occurs. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it won’t even open at all. It just keeps “spinning” like it’s trying to load but won’t. That’s $5.99 gone. Poof. And they better not recharge me again in a year. Apple, shame on you for accepting this as a verified app for any Apple product. It’s a disappointment. I only recently moved from using Android based products to Apple. This isn’t helping my overall satisfaction rating.

    This seemed like perfect app but was ruined by the fact that I can’t download any styles EVEN THOUGH IM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. Paid the fee and everything, very frustrating.

    This app was downloaded on my iPad that has great internet connection and plenty of space. It keeps telling me that it can’t download any of the styles and to make sure I’m connected to the internet. Nothing works. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
