Crashes at splash screen. Has been this way for months. I keep hoping for an update. App is fine when it works. Seems JPM has stopped supporting this app. Very disappointing.

It was never the best app, but at least I could use it in a pinch. Now it doesn’t even open...

Every conceivable the lasted update the app crashes before it fully loads. Before the update the app worked perfectly and now it is a useless. Please fix the issues.

    1) App crashes at splash screen 2) Voice recognition is very frustrating. Cannot have any background noise. Expect to reset voice recognition often 3) Transaction functionality is very limited. Best to be used for inquiry and some approval activity. JPMC clients would be better served with another 2FA that does not rely on voice. For instance other companies offer email / texted codes to a known email address / phone number.
  • App that requires a desktop?!

This app periodically cancels your login credentials with no notice and requires that you reset from a desktop...? Has happened twice so far. Horribly inconvenient

Great added option they recently included-token for payment option. Good for when voice won’t work on a busy street.

Voice recognition works only about half the time, app freezes on startup. Barely usable.
  • Worst App & Service Ever Used!

The electronic depositing checks for this application is horrible! It is super difficult to put a reference for the check that you were depositing, and if you’re trying to use her name is hyphenated just forget about it. Not a great endorsement for the company as a whole.
  • Frustrating app Deserves Zero Stars

The voice recognition it's probably the worst part of this app. Every time I try to login, I have to reset. So frustrating. My company also processes primarily ACH transactions, and you cannot review or approve these transactions via the app. For me, it's a waste of space to have this on my phone.
