  • The rigidity to zoom out is too big

Really like it that It’s super smooth and easy to zoom in but I find it a bit hard to zoom out. The rigidity is too big. I have to pinch several times just to get it back to normal view. I would really appreciate that this can be optimized.

Bought it and doesn’t work on the Mac for zoom. Software just circles around and there are time delays. Super disappointed.

Running macOS Catalina and iOS 14.2, the “EpocCam” device shows up and works as expected in OBS but doesn’t show up in the following: Skype, Zoom, Slack, Hangouts, Teams, and even Photobooth. Not sure what I’m doing wrong as the driver is definitely installed and broadcasting, but the setup basically useless to me if only OBS is able to detect it.

  • Ridiculous lag

Thought this would be a good alternative to buying a webcam, but Jesus Christ the lag on the recording time is atrocious. It’ll be almost a whole 5-10 seconds behind the audio. I thought maybe it was my wifi, so I tried the USB setting. Nope. Just as bad, maybe even worse.

This app takes forever to catch up with real time. I turn a page and it takes more than 5 mins before it shows up on the screen.

Works very well most of the time .. others it’s just black and I can’t seem to figure out the reason exactly yet. Seems to be a windows issue not the Snap Cam app..
