The app requirement to sign in every time I open the app is not customary of most apps and is an inconvenience.

Please fix the bugs. Links don’t work, it is slow to respond at times. It changes pages on a whim. It’s easily the worst app on my iPad. Please address the issues.
  • Good reading, frustrating app

As an authenticated user in offline mode (without Wifi) the app doesn't always allow opening of previously downloaded (including today's) issues. It annoyingly asks to “Logon” repeatedly with or without Wifi throughout the day. If you attempt to Logon to read without Wifi it will say “External contents not available offline” & lockup not allowing to read what you've already previously downloaded. Hit or miss. Calling Help # doesn't get you any help. It would also be nice if the app would (had an option to) reliably open to the last place you were reading b4 closing.

This app has evolved to be very functional to scan and read in depth if you so choose.

Retired and love that I can’t get Rhode Island news on such an easy to use application on my iPad. Love it... Thank you much

Only problem I have is always having to tap the login icon. Nothing more, my info is saved.

Once I got my new iPad I have had no trouble either downloading or navigating the app. Still have difficulty when I want to email an article or a recipe to myself for future reference.

I enjoy this app because it has the paper presented as it is in real time.
