    I guess since it’s an AT&T app expectations should be low to begin with. You can not log in with your user name and password. Don’t you love spending 300+ a month and not be able to make a phone call from your house while living in a mid size city? Wifi calling doesn’t work for me at least I have to make a call, let I fail to connect and then try again every time. When it does go through eventually it connects but I can’t hear anything. Good luck should I ever need to make a 911 call. Microcell is not an option since I can’t set it up. Garbage.

    3 days I’ve spent with support trying to get this thing to work. ATT tech support filled with empty promises including “I will call you back in 90 minutes to make sure it’s reset and working”. Nope. No call. Don’t expect much from them. They’re the worst. Absolute worst customer service ever. - 26 year customer

    I have kept my old microcell working by replacing the power supply 3x, using supplies with more current capability. It can be not working and still have all green lights on. Every few weeks I have to remove power to force a reset so it will connect our phones. The app is pretty much useless, I can only log into it from the ATT online troubleshooting. The app never lets me successfully log into it to do admin stuff. Also, WiFi calling is not a good substitute. We have WiFi calling on but have frequent dropped calls if the microcell is out to lunch. Cell signal is poor even though we live in a well populated area of Orlando.

    I haven’t been able to login from the app to manage by microcell in months. I can use the website but not the app. Terrible support for this app. Don’t bother with it.

    This app is crap no longer works and the link for help take you to a 404. The app it’s self does not work. Don’t bother
