    I’ve been paying this stupid app for almost two years now and I can’t find the way to cancel my subscription, I’ve tried everything and now I can even access my account it says my password is wrong and I tried to reset it and it said they send me the email and never got it. Every mom they take the money from my account for two years and I don’t even use it 😡😡😡

    My new cable provider doesn't have Hallmark so unsubscribed to this solely for the Christmas movies. I'm totally disappointed to learn there isn't a single new movie. I paid $60 for this and can't get my money back. Also, the apps take forever to load. It took so long that the first time I went to watch I thought the app was broken. No matter what time of day at least a minute for the app to start up.

    This app has some serious issues. First it takes forever to load. I mean forever. Then it's forces you to watch the "new in October or November etc." if I wanted to go to it I would. Then when you click on a movie and your trying to read it, the movie just starts before you can read it. Grrrr. Lastly come on, really? Can't rewind or fast forward. WHY would I put up with all this crap when I can choose a different app that works BETTER. Zero stars.

    Our family loves Hallmark Christmas movies. This year we decided to “cut the cord” on cable, and one of our reasons was because we could pay to watch them on this app. Seriously I don’t know why, but they are not the same. The movies are really bad and boring. Unwatchable... and our standards are not extremely high for corny Christmas movies. Christmas is ruined! (Just kidding). But don’t stop cable thinking you can get the same Hallmark on this app.

    Can't get the app to mirror to my apple tv. You can hear it, but can't see it. Won't be paying for this service after the free trial is over.

  • Poor app no recent movies

    When I seen this app I was so excited. This is the first year we don't have cable so I was bummed that I couldn't binge watch my hallmark movies for Christmas but I found this app. After a few days of it being downloaded I was so disappointed. All the movies are old most of them I have seen. The app doesn't want to start or closes out a lot. Definitely not worth the download.

    Did not even make it past the trial. Not a single beloved, cheesy Hallmark Christmas movie was found (Let it Snow, A Family for Christmas, A Royal Christmas, etc).

    *DO NOT GET IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR OLD HALLMARK MOVIES* Do not buy or subscribe! Very deceiving advertising. I purchased a month to month subscription thinking I’d get all the classic Hallmark movies of the past, but this is bottom of the barrel movies that I’m not even sure have been aired on the hallmark channels. If you’re looking for any Candace Cameron Bure, Lacey Chabert, Alicia Witt, Danica McKellar, or any of the classic Hallmark Hunks avoid this app and subscription. It has nothing you are looking for. I’m honestly mad I wasted 10 bucks on truly horrific movies. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I really thought that this would house the old hallmark movies of Christmas past, but I guess you just have to catch them on cable at 4am and not the app they ask you to spend money on. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do better Hallmark. Very lame.
