  • No game recap??

    The app is mostly the same as the old one but one huge missing feature is the recap articles after every game. I used to read many of these each morning and it tells a more complete game than just looking at stats. Like did a player score all his points in one quarter? Was the game tight at the end? We’re their highlights/lowlights. So much more to a game than just score and stats and now I have to go elsewhere to get that which means I will use this app less than the old one. Couple of other issues many others mention like when the game says live but isn’t on for another 30 minutes. At this point I wonder why fix (aka screw up) what isn’t broken?

    For a multi-billion dollar league that tries to sell itself as the progressive league that embraces technology, quite an embarrassment of an app. Laggy, poor performance, difficult to navigate, nonsensical functionality. Not even worth having to see my team play.

  • NBA TV FEATURE NOT WORKING

    I’m trying to watch games that are only broadcasted on NBA TV but unfortunately I’m experiencing technical difficulties on my PS4 where the video goes is in and out. On my iPhone, when I try to watch a game, it doesn’t allow me to sign in with my cable provider. There’s clearly a couple bugs that need to be fixed ASAP as this is an going issue for me. The league Pass games broadcast perfectly fine, so I’ll give this app two stars for right now.

    What have y’all done to this app??!? Did the option for audio pass disappear? Cannot find it anywhere and half the time I load up the app it tells me I’m not in an eligible country? (I get that Florida feels like another country at times but geez)

    I pay for the NBA package to be able to watch the San Francisco Warriors on the Tv & to listen to the Warriors games on TV & listen to them on the radio. The Warriors game on channel 3038 (Chicago) & on 3043(Warriors) were constantly interrupted with freezing the TV frame or constantly loosing the verbal dialogue. I want a CREDIT for the poor viewing oh this game. I also want assurances that the will NOT be a problem in the future. I cannot recommend to others at this time. PS l had this package for last season w/o these problems. Only difference are the channel numbers. (3 digits now 4) Please respond..

  • With the money the NBA makes should a lot better

    No multi screen option and the game selection interface was better two years ago. Every time you select a game I shouldn’t have to see the NBA shop commercial before I can start watching the game even when the game isn’t on a commercial. Take some notes from the NFL Sunday Ticket app, it’s way better.

    This new app is terrible! The new layout is bad, difficult to see highlights, and the and usability stinks. The old app was better. They over complicated it and it brings no added value.
