    I just bought this program and it isn’t working. I can’t contact anyone to get help, and don’t know what to do about it. Please don’t bill me for something that’s dated and isn’t working, If you can help I’d like that very much.

    This app is not as good as it leads you to believe, the app is lacking in specific legal areas. As in those legal areas are not even there in any form or fashion. The app is basically a compiled documents that you can find on any typical internet search and download for free. nothing special, or worth the 9.99 investment.

    I’m a paralegal and have not used this app, Very bad set up and poor irrelevent documents.

    Sure you can copy content and edit in a text editor, but you can’t add documents of your own, and you can’t edit documents in the app to customize them. But the biggest issue I have is the sheer uselessness of the actual “law docs" in this app. Many of the “documents” are simply example letters anyone could compose without any legal experience whatsoever. For the so-called “law docs” themselves, with the exception of Living Wills there is little attention paid to the sometimes very specific differences in state laws or requirements. Most are so badly written or full of holes that if used, they wouldn’t hold up in court against a half-good attorney. Worse, some of the so-called documents suggest foolhardy practices - for example, to request a copy of a birth certificate or death certificate, just send an unsolicited letter of the example shown in Lawdocs, including your full credit card number, expiration date, exact name on the card, and your signature. ARE THEY SERIOUS??

    This app is useless. If you can't print it or save as, it is completely useless. Can't believe Apple will let it continue in the app store. Says I need to contact vendor for an update when I try to print. Those who bought it should contact an attorney to get our money back.

    After downloading it find your form and save as. You may have to change the suffix. Save AS .docx than you can change and edit all you want in word. Double Clicking on a document in the app does nothing but preview it. You can change it in the app it self but if it does freeze you may lose it. save it to word and than you can email it and everyone can view it without having the app. So far it is working good for me. Only had it 1 day though.

    Worked once. Had to force quit, because it wouldn't shut down. A waste of $9.99.
