  • Decent App but Ridiculous Price

    I’m fine paying for an app; developers gotta eat too, but a subscription just to get a list of cocktail recipes I could get online for free is insane. Subscriptions make sense for platforms that are continually posting new content like movies and articles, but no one is using this app expecting dozens of new cocktail recipes every month. A single payment for premium would be fine, but no way am I paying $4/month just to get some extra recipes.

  • Found bugs - cannot report in app

    Current version is not saving steps after #2 in MyCocktails. I have to save and then edit again to re-add steps 3 & 4. Say Hi Anytime feature does nothing. Screen blinks, nothing happens. Needs a place to add notes to my cocktails. I want to track variations in amounts or ingredients as I’m developing a spec. Need ability to add ingredients to inventory and tag them by type so they show up in the various ingredient groups. Suggest doing the debugging before making a cocktail... 🤪

    App is great but was promised to update every week and we havent had one for 9mo. Probably won’t renew my subscription if it doesn’t update with new recipes soon

    It has cocktail recipes. It had promise. Mostly, it collects money now. Development seems to have stalled out. Better options out there, that don’t have recurring charges.

    While it’s intention is on point with layout, they copy recipes from other sources then turn around to sell to you in app form. The problem is many of the transcriptions are incorrect. They don’t respond to emails. And the cost is $20 a year? Too expensive and not worth that high annual expense. I could search recipes on Google. And did I mention they don’t respond??

    I just downloaded this app and started to browse through it. While the visuals and the graphics look great, I was extremely disappointed to find the first four cocktails that I clicked on all gave me the message that I needed to purchase a premium membership to see the recipes. Very disappointing and misleading. I will be deleting and choosing a different app.

  • Good app, but missing some staples

    Very handy app for learning about different cocktails, ingredients and substitutes. Love the feature that allow you to keep track of your bar supply and automatically tells you what cocktail you can make. Easy to use. Would deff recommend 👍🏽 Would have given it five stars except it’s missing the classic “Aviation” cocktail. That’s practically sacrilege!
