    It made me update the app and now it won’t even open. As soon as you click on the app it crashes.

    Why can’t you have two orders at once???? I placed an order and I wanted to split the cost so I tried to add another order it said I had to cancel my other one??? AND my gift card is on that account so I can’t even use it!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! What happens if you only have one device and you need to do separate orders!! Needs to be fixed ASAP!

    The app is actually pretty straight forward but rarely works as designed. Adding payment methods or completing an order is often greeted with just an “error” message.

    Polished app, really nice that there’s Apple Wallet support AND that gift cards can be added to a single, reloadable balance. Keep doing what you’re doing!

  • App needs to “open” a bit before store does

    Frequently I am waiting at store when it opens. It would be ideal to have app allow an order starting like 5 minutes before store opens. The way it is now both the app and store opens at same time so you can’t use app to get your order in. Seems odd.

    Love to be able to use the app to order, but always forget to use my phone for rewards points when i go to the restaurant or drive thru. Would love to be able to scan a receipt from my purchase to add to my rewards.
