  • Can’t log into game!

    I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY THE GAME THRU FB!! I’ve been playing this game for about 4 years now! I WAS playing connected thru FB for a while but one day I log in and it says I’m not connected with them. So I went thru Game Center instead. Which has been playing just fine! So, I haven’t played the game for 2 days. 2 days! I get a pop up telling me I haven’t logged into the game for a long time ( when did 2 days become a long time?!) and my FB game data is out of date, please log in to FB to update! So it won’t let me into the game at all unless I log into FB! If I remember correctly, you gave me the option to use FB OR Game Center! Fix this please! I’ve already lost 2 days!! Wrote this on 11/28/20. Let’s see how long it takes to get a reply. Ok, I just did the update on the game, so I go to open it and it looks like it has solved the problem. But of course not. Up pops the box again telling me the same thing as above. And there’s no way to opt out of logging into FB. I don’t recall when I first downloaded the game any requirement to be connected to FB to play the game. So what exactly is going on here? Dec 2. Still no reply. Chinese game. Look it up.

    I gave this app a 5 star because I love this kind of farm game. I had this game since 2017 but now all of a sudden my game went back to level 1 even my farm ID is different. What’s going on?

    Beware! I just went thru over a week of trying to recover my farm. 3 yrs of building this farm, the time & money spent! Their update somehow deleted my farm. Was told I needed my farm ID which was changed to a new one with a beginner farm. Refused to transfer the RC I had just bought & millions of coins to the new one. Customer service was horrible. It’s a cool game but I’d never download an app from them again. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

    لعبة مميزة العبها منذ اكثر من اثنا عشر عاما قبل كاس العالم التي فازت بها المانيا ولي اكثر من ثلاث سنوات منتظم يومياً وقريباً سالغي اللعبة وتنتهي هذه الرحلة

    Game is fun and all but some aspects do not work, RC’s disappear and when you contact tech support they do not know anything. Would not recommend this game to anybody.
